    Sweet Perfection!

    I love this delicately flavoured sweet white balsamic vinegar - it has become my go-to complement for almost everything (drizzled over watermelon, roasted brussels sprouts, & beets with crumbled goat cheese is divine!) and it is my favourite vinegar for making light & refreshing salad dressings. Can't get enough!

    A great surprise

    Purchased hoping it would be good. What a great surprise. It’s full bodied flavor without being overpowering. Have experimented with it in potato salad, on a variety of veggies and eggs. Next will try it on fruits.
