The spicy jalapeño flavor offers a striking contrast to the sweet richness of the 25 Star Balsamic base. Not too hot, not too sweet, this balsamic is "just right". Use it on dishes you want to add a little punch to but not overwhelm.
Pair it with the Raspberry Balsamic as a tantalizing sandwich topper. Use a robust Kasandrinos Extra Virgin Olive Oil with it to season roasted potatoes, grilled veggies or broiled seafood.
