- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cucumber, medium
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp ginger, freshly minced
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Kasandrinos olive oil
- Optional: ice
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. (Add the ice if you'd like it thicker and colder.)
- Blend until smooth and serve cold.
