Antioxidant-Boosting Smoothie

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cucumber, medium
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 tbsp ginger, freshly minced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Kasandrinos olive oil
  • Optional: ice



  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. (Add the ice if you'd like it thicker and colder.)
  2. Blend until smooth and serve cold.
