Ingredients
- 1 egg

3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp whole grain Dijon mustard
- 6 tbs chopped pickles
- 1 tbs capers, chopped
- 1 tsp dried dill

Directions
Process the egg, salt and lemon juice and 1/4 cup of olive oil in a blender to get a creamy texture.
Add the remaining olive oil in a stream until the mixture thickens.
- Add the rest of ingredients in a jar and mix well with a spoon. Season to taste.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
