You don't need to go to an Italian restaurant for a delicious dinner anymore! With this amazing Tomato Mozzarella Basil Tagliatelle recipe, you can enjoy a fresh and flavorful meal right in the comfort of your own home. Not only is this dish easy to prepare and relatively quick to make, but it also tastes incredible - from the burst of flavors coming from each ingredient, to the creamy mozzarella cheese sauce coating every strand of tagliatelle pasta. On top of that, all you need are some readily available staple ingredients like garlic, tomatoes and basil; so get ready for a delicious dinner tonight!
Ingredients
- 4 oz tagliatelle
- 2 oz mozzarella cheese, fresh
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

4 tbs olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper
- fresh basil to garnish
Directions
- 1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta al dente.
- 2. In the meantime, mince the garlic.
3. Heat the olive oil in a deep pan and sauté garlic for a few seconds until fragrant. Toss in the tomatoes and mix.
4. Add the pasta, season with garlic powder, salt and pepper and toss to mix well.
5. Serve the pasta hot topped with mozzarella pieces and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
