Ingredients
- 12 oz salmon, fresh
- 3 tbs poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 lemon
- 4+2 tbs olive oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Directions
1. Place the poppyseeds, a pinch of salt and pepper in a plate and coat the salmon fillets. Press with your fingers to help the seeds stick on.
- 2. Heat 4 tbs of olive oil in a pan and cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- 3. Serve hot with a side of mixed greens, drizzled with lemonjuice and the remaining olive oil.
