- 1 lemon, large
- 4 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
- Optional: Ice& basil leaves to garnish
1. Slice the lemon and remove the seeds. Place in a blender with the olive oil and water. Add the ice and process for a minute on high speed.
- 2. Optionally strain through a fine sieve to remove the pulp, serve ice-cold and store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
