Ingredients
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup ground beef
- 1 cup canned tomatoes
- 1/2 onion, red, medium, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups broth, beef

4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and sauté the shredded cabbage with the beef and onion for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with a pinch of salt, paprika, and pepper.
2. Add the garlic, stir, and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
3. Add the broth to deglaze the pan, stir, add the tomatoes and the bayleaf. Season with thyme and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, adding a bit of water if needed.
4. Adjust the seasoning to prefer liking and serve hot.
