Creamy Lemon Garlic Chicken
- 10 oz chicken breast, chopped
- 1 1/4 cup peas
- 3/4 cup cream
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon, juice
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp pepper, black
- 3/4 tbs salt
- 1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the chickenfillets for 5-7 minutes until completely cooked through.
- 2. Season with salt and pepper, add the peas, mince and add the garlic.
- 3. Add the cream and lemonjuice and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot with rice or pasta.
