Ingredients
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar or
- white vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbs chili flakes
- 1 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- 1. Finely chop the capers and whisk together with the olive oil, vinegar, mincedgarlic, salt and chilliflakes.
2. Mix well, adjust the seasoning to taste and serve at room temperature or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
