- 2 whole wheattortillas
- 2 tomatoes, medium, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella, fresh, sliced
- 2 tbs basil, fresh
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 3/4tsp salt
- 1. Toast the tortillas in a dry pan for a few seconds on each side.
- 2. Fill with the tomato and mozzarella slices. Add a few leaves of basil and season with salt.
3. Wrap and serve cold, drizzled with olive oil and garnished with fresh basilleaves.
