Ingredients
- 8-10 long green peppers
- 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

6 tbs olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black Pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven's grill to the highest temperature.
- Pierce each pepper with a knife.
- Char the peppers for 10 minutes.
Add the peppers in a bowl together with their juices, add the finely minced garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper to taste.
- Mix well and let them rest at least 20 minutes before serving.
