We are using olive oil instead of butter which gives a smooth texture and provides you with the good kind of fats. Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, you name it! You can mix and match or pick a fave and adjust the recipe accordingly. Fresh or frozen would work. Who needs sugar when you can have a delicious pink fat bomb?
Process all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor to get a smooth cream.
