Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fusilli pasta for 7-8 minutes.
In the meantime, make the dressing: In blender or food processor combine the avocado, yogurt, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice and garlic. Gradually add water to achieve the desired consistency and season with salt.
- In a large salad bowl combine the fusilli pasta with the tuna, cucumber, and radishes.
- Drizzle with the avocado dressing, top with the eggs and serve at room temperature.
