Make the syrup:
Steep the tea bags in the cup of hot water for 5-7 minutes.
- Bring the tea to a boil with the honey and simmer to reduce to a thick syrup. Allow the syrup to cool down.
In a shaker combine the whiskey with the olive oil, aquafaba, lemon juice and syrup. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until the drink is frothy and chilled.
- Strain into serving glassed and serve cold.
