- 2 1/4 cups plain flour
- 3/4 cups walnuts, finely chopped
3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup powder sugar+ extra to dust
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
1/6 tsp salt
Preheat the oven at 400°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Pour the olive oil in a mixing bowl and add the vanilla and salt.
With an electric mixer, beat the powder sugar and flour into the olive oil mixture.
- Fold in the walnuts. Knead to make a dough. Roll pieces of the dough into 1″ balls. Place on the prepared pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve at room temperature.
