Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (or grated chocolate)

2 tbs olive oil
2 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 4 oz White Chocolate Liqueur
- 2 oz Cream
- 1 oz White Crème de Cacao
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Ice

Directions
Make the syrup:
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and add the olive oil. Whisk until smooth and allow to cool down.
Prepare the glasses:
Pour a little chocolate syrup into a bowl. Dip the martini glasses into the syrup to rim the glass. Set aside. You can also drizzle the inside of the glass with the syrup.
Make the drink:
Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vanilla vodka, white chocolate liquor, cream, chia seeds and White Crème de Cacao. Shake well.
- Strain into your prepared martini glasses and optionally garnish with white chocolate shavings.
