Ingredients

1 cup cilantro
1 cup Italian parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp ginger, fresh
1/2 lemon, zest and juice
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp salt

Directions

In a dry pan toast the coriander and cumin seeds for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the olive oil with the cilantro, the garlic, coriander, ginger, lemon juice and zest, chili and salt in a blender and process to get a thick sauce.
Store in the fridge for up to a week and serve at room temperature.
