Unlike traditional milk or dark chocolate, white chocolates offer a deliciously creamy flavor that melts in your mouth. But when combined with fresh blueberries and premium olive oil, it creates an irresistible taste experience unlike any other. So forget everything you thought you knew about regular old bars of chocolate - this is something truly special!
Ingredients
1/6 cup cocoa butter

4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup icing sugar
- 4 teaspoon milk powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence

1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
Directions
Melt the cocoa butter with the olive oil and vanilla extract in a double boiler.
Stir in the powdered sugar, powdered milk, and salt until completely incorporated over low heat.
- Remove from heat and whisk the mixture for a couple of minutes, to get a glossy texture.
- Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes. Whisk again to ensure a smooth, velvety consistency and pour the mixture into the silicon molds.
- Add 1-2 blueberries per chocolate, crushing a few for extra color.
- Refrigerate for two hours to set, or overnight at room temperature (recommended).
- Remove from the molds and serve.
