Preheat the oven to 350° F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the olive oil, honey, sugar and the tahini to make a sticky dough.
- Pour the sesame seeds in a wide plate. Scoop out tablespoons of the dough (about 1 oz.) and roll into balls. Dip into the sesame seeds to coat evenly.
