Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl combine the flour with the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, sesame seeds and salt.
Add the olive oil and gradually the water to make a dough.
- Place the dough in between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out with a rolling pin.
- Transfer into the baking pan with the bottom piece of parchment paper.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Let them reach room temperature and break into pieces.
