Ingredients
1 bottle sweet red wine
1 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 cup Triple Sec
1/4 cup brandy
2 tbs honey
1 orange, sliced
1 green apple, chopped
1/2 cup pomegranate, arils

2 tbs olive oil
Cinnamon sticks to garnish
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the apple chunks for 5 minutes. Add the honey, stir to coat evenly and let them caramelize for 3-5 minutes.
In a large pitcher mix together the wine, pomegranate juice, and Triple Sec.
Add the sautéed apples, oranges and pomegranate arils and stir. Let the flavors combine for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Serve at room temperature garnished with cinnamon sticks.
