Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 slices Halloumi cheese, 1/2 inch each

5 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano, dried

Directions
Preheat the oven's grill to 400°F.
Place the cheese slices and the cherry tomatoes on a lined baking pan and drizzle with half the amount of the olive oil.
- Place under the hot grill and broil for 10 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven, season with salt, pepper and oregano and serve hot drizzled with the remaining olive oil.
