1/2 cup of beets, cooked, chopped
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper.
