- 2 pounds radishes, halved
1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tarragon leaves, chopped
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon peppercorns, ground
1 1/2 teaspoon salt, coarse
In a small mixing bowl combine the salt with the garlic, chives, parsley, tarragon, oregano, lemon zest, and peppercorns.
Pour the olive oil, in a small dipping bowl.
Serve the radishes at room temperature with the herbed salt and olive oil.
