Ingredients
½ cup tahini

¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 lemons, juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese

¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Water as needed.
Directions
Process the tahini with the garlic, lemon juice, pepper, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a blender or food processor. Gradually add about 1/3 cup water to help with the consistency, then gradually pour in the extra virgin olive oil. Blend until it reaches a creamy consistency. Add the parmesan cheese and pulse for a few seconds to incorporate to the dressing. If the consistency is too thick add a few extra drops of water. Store in an air-tight container for up to a week in the fridge.
