Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar or
white vinegar - 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbs chili flakes
- 1 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
- Finely chop the capers and whisk together with the olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, salt and chili flakes.
- Mix well, adjust the seasoning to taste and serve at room temperature or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
