Recipe-84-Blue Cheese Evoo Aioli

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup blue cheese
- 1 clove garlic, small, minced
4 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
Place the mayonnaise with the blue cheese and garlic in a blender, and process briefly to get a crumbly consistency.
- Fold in the whole grain mustard and the Dijon mustard.
- Add the olive oil in a stream.
Season to taste with salt and white pepper. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days and serve at room temperature
