- 2 cups chickpeas, cooked/canned
4 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp red paprika
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp ginger, ground
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
- Drain and completely dry the chickpeas with a towel.
In a mixing bowl combine the olive oil
with the paprika, ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt. Mix well to make a paste.
- Add the chickpeas to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the paste.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden-brown. Let them reach room temperature and serve.
