This blood orange-olive oil dressing is perfect with leafy greens especially bitter greens like arugula or dandelions, as it brings a perfect balance between sweet, tangy peppery and bitter. It’s also one of the best ways to use the season's delicious blood oranges by making a big batch which you will store in an airtight container in the fridge, or in ice trays in the freezer.
