Ingredients
- 3 oz bourbon
- 2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 10 oz sparkling hard Honeycrisp apple cider
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

4 tbs olive oil
- 4 tbs brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Apple slices and rosemary to garnish
- Ice
Directions
Pour the olive oil in a bowl and the sugar with the cinnamon in another, making sure the bowls are wider than the rim of the glass you're using. Dip the entire rim of the glass into the olive oil and then dip the glass upside-down into the cinnamon-sugar, twisting around until the rim is evenly coated. Set aside.
- In a shaker, combine the bourbon, cider, lemon juice, honey, ginger and ice and shake.
- Strain into the prepared glasses. Top with hard cider. Garnish with rosemary, and apple slices, and serve immediately.
