- 16 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 avocado
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tbs parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbs sunflower seeds

Directions
Cook the spaghetti al dente.
In a blender process the spinach with the avocado, parmesan cheese, garlic, sunflower seeds, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper to get a smooth pesto.
