Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup pearl onions

1 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbs coriander seeds
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Heat a dry pan and toast the coriander seeds for a few seconds, tossing, until fragrant.
Turn off the heat, add the onions, garlic powder, and olive oil to the pan and allow to slightly heat through with the heat still off.
- Transfer into a jar and allow to marinade overnight. Serve at room temperature.
