Ingredients
- 2 cups chickpeas, canned
- 1 onion, red, medium, diced

4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs parsley, chopped
- 1 tbs dill, chopped

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper, black
Directions
Heat a tbs of olive oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the chickpeas for 2-3 minutes, tossing to cook evenly. Season with a bit of salt and pepper.
Mix the chickpeas with the onion, the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, and dill, season with salt and pepper and let them absorb the flavors for a couple of minutes before serving at room temperature.
