In a large mixing bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, salt, lemon juice, zest, olive oil and yeast. Slowly and gradually stir in the water to get a dough. Cover with a tea towel and let the dough rest overnight at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and prep a baking pan.
