Imagine yourself on a cold Sunday morning sipping a hot chocolate. But not just any hot chocolate. This reimagined and healthy version of your favourite winter drink is infused with sweet honey and nutritious, extra virgin olive oil. It’s velvety, creamy and rich and it will warm you up in no time!
Heat the milk with the heavy cream, extra virgin olive oil, honey and the vanilla extract in a small, non-stick saucepan.
- Dissolve the cocoa powder into the milk mixture, whisking. Allow simmering for a minute and pour into mugs.
