Ingredients
4 ounces (1/2cup) bourbon
- ½ cup apple juice
- 1 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon drops angostura bitters
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

2-3 drops olive oil
- 1/2 green apple, peeled and diced, to garnish
Directions
Heat the apple juice with the honey, cardamom and cinnamon in a small saucepan over low to medium hear. Stir to dissolve the honey.
- Strain over a fine mesh sieve or cheese cloth.
- Let it reach room temperature.
- Mix the bourbon with the angostura bitters and honey-apple juice mixture. Stir and pour over ice.
Drizzle with olive oil and optionally extra cinnamon. Garnish with apple slices and serve.
