Our Ares Pepper is blended from Organic Black Pepper, Organic Onion, Organic Garlic, Organic Red Bell Pepper and Organic Celery Seed.
Flavor Profile
Pungent garlic comes forward at first bite, tempered by sweet onion and the gentle pops of bell pepper. The medium-grind black pepper delivers a mild burn and is the finishing flavor, accompanied by the savory and astringent pop from celery seed. We wanted to create a pepper blend that did not contain salt or added sugar.
