Ingredients
- 4 oz tagliatelle
- 2 oz mozzarella cheese, fresh
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsolive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- fresh basil to garnish
Directions
- 1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta al dente.
- 2. In the meantime, mince the garlic.
- 3. Heat the olive oilin a deep pan and sauté garlicfor a few seconds until fragrant. Toss in the tomatoes and mix.
- 4. Add the pasta, season with garlic powder, salt and pepper and toss to mix well.
5. Serve the pasta hot topped with mozzarella pieces and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
