Thankfully, I've never had to take action on an order through the insurance offered. It gives me peace of mind to know it's there, however.

If the carrier updates the tracking and it says it was delivered but was accidentally left at another location, or if it is stolen....we always replace it when the shipping insurance is purchased. :)

Would prefer not to have to get it. Would like it to be taken care of by the business on the outside chance a bottle gets broken. I would think that the company used should cover breakage if their shipping service caused the breakage.

We always replace any damaged products regardless if the customer purchased the insurance or not. The shipping insurance is for if your order was stolen or the carrier says it was delivered and you never received it. Many times packages are left at other addresses. I hope this helps you to understand.

I never knew how much different fresh olive oil tasted. I started ordering olive oil from Italy when I realized the difference in what you get from the grocery store, versus what you get fresh. Then I read that Greek olive oil is even better! I thought- that can’t be- then steps in Kesandrions EVOO and OMG!!! Mouth explosion! They sent me the cutest little bottle to sample and I’m hooked! I will have a subscription going forward!
