    My beloved go-to vinegar!

    The TASTE is just a wonderful balance between the mild, delicious wine taste of Lambrusco and the zing of a nuanced vinegar. Nothing else tastes like it. With the old-fashioned-now-trendy use of vinegars to drink, this is perfect. Thank you for making this stuff, it's a total winner.
