- 12 dates, pitted
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
1 tbs olive oil+ extra for drizzling
1/6 tsp flaky sea salt
1. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Sauté dates tossing, until golden brown, for about 5 minutes.
2. Divide the ice-cream among serving plates. Add the dates and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Garnish with mint and top with flaky sea salt. Serve immediately.
