Ingredients
- 4 oz gin
- 12 oz tonic water
- 4 slices persimmon
- 4 dropsolive oil
- 2 sprigs rosemary, fresh to garnish
- pinch of black pepper
- ice
Directions
- 1. Pour the gin in a shaker and add ice. Shake for a few seconds to chill.
- 2. Pour in your serving glasses and top with tonic water.
- 3. Add the persimmon slices, add a few drops of olive oiland a dash of black pepper.
- 4. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and serve immediately.
