Ingredients
- 1 apple, red, grated
- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
3 tbsp raisins

- 2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp peanut butter

1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 370°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl combine the grated apple with the banana, eggs, oats, yogurt, raisins, olive oil, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Stir to combine but don't overmix.
3. Shape into bite size balls and arrange on the baking pan leaving enough room between them to expand.
- 4. Bake for 15 minutes until slightly golden and allow to cool on a rack. Serve at room temperature.
