- 1 cup tahini
1/6 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips + extra to garnish
- 2 tbs honey
- 1/2 tbs vanilla extract
1/4 tsp flaky salt + extra to garnish
Line an 8x4’ freezer-proof container with parchment paper.
Combine the tahini with the olive oil, honey, vanilla and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk until creamy and smooth. With a spatula, fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a few to garnish.
- Scoop the mixture into the prepared container and freeze for 10 minutes. Remove from the freezer and sprinkle with the extra chocolate chips. Return to the freezer for 30 minutes until completely solid and firm.
Sprinkle with flaky salt, cut into 15 squares and serve cold or store in the freezer.
