Ingredients
- 5 oz Vodka
- 6 tbs lemon juice, fresh
- 2 tsp honey
- 5 oz citrus flavored sparkling water
- 1 tbs sugar

1 tsp olive oil
- Ice
- lemon peel to garnish
Directions
Pour the vodka and the lemon juice into a shaker and add the honey.
- Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes and shake vigorously for a few seconds until the honey is dissolved.
- Strain into your serving glasses and fill up with the sparkling citrus flavored water.
Place the olive oil in a shallow plate and the sugar in another. Coat the lemon peels with olive oil and then dip into the sugar.
Serve the drinks immediately garnished with the olive oil-sugar coated lemon peels.
