Heat the olive oil in a heavy bottomed pan over low heat and scrape in the vanilla seeds. Chop and add the vanilla pods too. Let the olive oil get infused for 5 minutes and remove from the heat. Strain and add the strawberries. Toss to coat with the olive oil.
- In a double boiler heat the milk and add the chopped chocolate. Stir to melt and remove from the heat.
- Transfer the milk mixture in a blender and add the strawberries, reserving a few to garnish. Process until smooth.
- Divide into mugs and serve hot, garnished with the remaining strawberries.
