- 3 cups fussili pasta
- 1/2 cup artichoke
- 4 tbs parmesan, grated
3 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs basil, fresh
- 1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper, black
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta, al dente.
In the meantime, process the artichokes with the parmesan, basil, olive oil and lemon juice to make a quick tapenade. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
