Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or grated chocolate)

2 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 cup Amarula Vanilla Spice
- 1/3 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup Chocolate liqueur

Directions
Make the syrup:
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and add the olive oil. Whisk until smooth and allow to cool down.
Prepare the glasses:
Pour a little chocolate syrup into a bowl. Dip the martini glasses into the syrup to frost the glass. Set aside. You can also drizzle the inside of the glass with the syrup.
Make the drink:
Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Amarula Vanilla Spice, vodka and chocolate liqueur. Shake well.
- Strain into your prepared martini glasses and optionally garnish with dark chocolate shavings.
