3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 10-12 anchovy fillets
- 5 cloves garlic
- Vegetable sticks and bread sticks to serve
Directions
In a blender combine the olive oil with the butter, anchovies and garlic.
- Transfer the mixture into a saucepan and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring. It's normal for the sauce to separate.
- Season with pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with vegetable sticks and bread to dip.
