- 4 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cups celery, sliced
- 1 28-ounce can chopped tomatoes,undrained
- 1 onion, red, chopped
- 1 cup veggie broth
4 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbs ginger, grated
- 2 bay leaves
1⁄2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
